SUMMARY

The bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records, provides vital financial insights, and ensures the client’s financial stability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create monthly and general customer invoices.
    • Accurately apply for customer payments.
    • Investigate customer payment concerns/questions.
    • Accurately enter accounts payable and expenses.
    • Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
    • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing and reporting.
    • Assist with inventory reconciliations and payroll entry and allocation.
    • General administrative functions and data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 5 years of experience in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and GAAP.
    • Must be able to make phone calls on accounts receivables.
    • Stripe experience is a plus.
    • Detailed-orientedness is a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
    • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
