How long does it take?

Typically it takes 7 to 14 days to go through or recruitment process and select
your new team members. Most candidates need to give 2 to4 weeks notice when their existing employers, although some are available to start right away. We tell are clients to plan on 30 to 45 days total from the day we get started to the day their employee is ready for their first day of work.

What kind of candidates will we get?

We’ll use your job descriptions to source and prescreen candidates that are a good match. You’ll select candidates that you want to interview, and you’ll make the hiring decisions. We always encourage our clients to only hire candidates that they would enthusiastically hire in their main office.

Do they really operate just like any other employee of ours?

Absolutely. We provide all of the administrative resources needed to employee staff in the Philippines. But from day one of their employment, they work for you no differently than any other employee you’d hire. No staff sharing. Functionally, you are their employer.

What if our needs change and we no longer need someone?

If you need to reduce your team size for any reason, you’re free to do so. SCALABLE OS will ensure all the local labor laws are followed as we take the needed actions to support you the changes in your business needs.

Can you handle very specific technology requirements?

Yes. We do a custom IT setup for all our clients. Typically our clients have very specific requirements around compliance, data security, system access, etc. Our IT Team will work with you to make sure all requirements are documented and adhered to.

Are the employees hired through you ever considered my employees legally?

No, your team members at Scalable OS or 100% your employees functionally, but legally they are 100% employed by Scalable OS in the Philippines. They are in no way your employees in a traditional HR sense.

Will I be contracting with a foreign vendor

No, our Philippines entity is 100% US owned by our Washington State entity. You’re contract with us with between our US entity and your company.

Can you handle my specific compliance requirements?

Absolutely. The majority or our MSP clients have a compliance component.
