Raquelle is the Director of Business Development at ScalableOS, leading the charge in sales, marketing, and lead generation. She is a results-driven, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of accomplishments. Raquelle has played a crucial role in building successful sales teams from scratch, developing sales playbooks, and streamlining processes. As a first-generation Filipino-American and California native turned NYC transplant, Raquelle offers a fresh perspective to ScalableOS. When she’s not busy hunting for new business opportunities, Raquelle enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Johnny serves as the company head for talent acquisition. His professional recruitment experience spans over two decades helping various companies scale up and grow their business in the Philippines. His passion is fueled by his excitement for finding the right talent for the right job. Working for different industries, such as technology & e-commerce, outsourcing, executive search, manufacturing, and consumer, created such an appreciation in him for the simplest yet most effective talent-sourcing method – relationship building anchored in honesty & trust.
Ronna is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history of working across various industries, such as Information Technology, Finance, Shared Services, and Business Process Outsourcing. She started her career in HR with Talent Acquisition and has, from there, developed her skills to be an expert in compensation and rewards, employee services, employee and labor relations, talent development, performance management, HR analytics, and organizational development.
Gian is at the forefront of the Scalable OS Information Technology Team. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and several industry certifications like CCNP and ITIL. Gian has been in the IT industry for over a decade, covering Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and other technologies. With over 15 years of IT Engineering experience, he has worked in IT development for several companies handling major infrastructure projects. He does all this while spending most of his time with a growing family.
Mike is managing the finance and payroll team of ScalableOS. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines with certification in Australia as Management Accountant. Mike also completed his master’s studies in a top executive program. He is a seasoned accountant and auditor with more than 20 years worked experience in renowned international companies, managing and leading finance, payroll, treasury, and audit functions with a global team from various industries. As a computer programmer, Certified Yellow Belt Lean Management, and, significantly, having an entrepreneurial mindset, he has transformed complex and unproductive processes into effective and efficient methods resulting in significant cost savings and reduced business risks. On a lighter side, he always finds time to occasionally impart his expertise to others in various lectures as his vocation is a Rotarian.
