We bill through the employee costs as actuals. So there’s never a markup. The majority of employee costs are their salary plus other statutory requirements.

The only variable in your cost is the compensation package of your team members, which you decide on. Our recruitment team will provide a total, out-the-door cost estimate on candidate finalists for you to review and approve before hiring them.
