BOOKKEEPER
SUMMARY
The bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records, provides vital financial insights, and ensures the client’s financial stability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create monthly and general customer invoices.
- Accurately apply for customer payments.
- Investigate customer payment concerns/questions.
- Accurately enter accounts payable and expenses.
- Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing and reporting.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations and payroll entry and allocation.
- General administrative functions and data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 5 years of experience in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and GAAP.
- Must be able to make phone calls on accounts receivables.
- Stripe experience is a plus.
- Detailed-orientedness is a must.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
