This roadmap provides an overview of our process, guiding you from defining your hiring needs to launching your new remote employee.

Share your specific hiring requirements, including the position and experience level needed. You will be immediately connected to our Client Success Team and your assigned recruiter, who will schedule a collaboration call with you to review your specific role criteria.
Within 1-2 weeks, you’ll receive candidate profiles with resumes, interview summaries, video introductions, and skills matrices for top candidates. Choose who to interview, and we’ll coordinate the scheduling based on your availability.

After interviews, select your preferred candidate and approve the compensation package. We extend the job offer and handle all pre-employment checks.

We assist with compliance needs and infrastructure setup, ensuring your new remote employee in the Philippines is ready to start their first day of work with your team.
